I Need Some Sweets

Something really daft has happened: I have missed today´s veteran bike ride in Holland. I had checked earlier in the year and noted down Sept. 8, and when planning the next week a few minutes ago I found that it was today.

Now only a little chocolate can help.

    It took me a while to figure out the bicycle bell–the helmet, water bottle, bike, and pump I recognized right away…
    Sorry you missed your ride–but where do you get such chocolates? I have never seen anything like them here in the USA….

    Actually, I had never seen anything like that here in Europe, either, until my wife found the box. For more info, try the “hussel dot de” website, there´s loads of different sets of chocolates, mostly motorized, of course.
